Why do we process your personal data?

To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The planned processing operations are:

The processing is legitimized under Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:

How long will we keep your personal data?

Your data will be stored no longer than necessary for the purposes of processing or as required by legal obligations. Once no longer necessary, the data will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure anonymization or complete destruction.

By marking the appropriate checkboxes and entering data in fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or other forms, USERS expressly and freely acknowledge that their data is necessary to address their requests. Providing information in other fields is voluntary. USERS guarantee the accuracy of the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER and are responsible for notifying any changes. 

The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide an optimal service. If all required data is not provided, the information and services offered may not fully meet your needs.

In accordance with current personal data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER complies with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, explicitly adhering to the principles outlined in Article 5 of the GDPR. These principles ensure that data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently, and is adequate, relevant, and limited to the necessary purposes. 

The CONTROLLER guarantees that appropriate technical and organizational policies have been implemented to apply the security measures required by the GDPR and LOPDGDD, protecting the rights and freedoms of USERS and providing them with sufficient information to exercise these rights.
