Evelien De Buck is the driving force behind Activonic VIVA ACTIVE. After completing her studies in Physical Education at the University of Leuven, Evelien relocated to Seville, where she discovered her new passion: padel. Since then, she has made padel her main focus, and since 2019, she has been organizing unforgettable padel holidays through Activonic VIVA ACTIVE.

As a member of the Belgian Veteran National Team, Evelien brings not only her competitive spirit but also a wealth of experience to every aspect of her work. Her background as an athlete has shaped her into an inspiring leader, beloved by her team of talented Spanish coaches.

José Miguel is the organizational pillar of Activonic VIVA ACTIVE Travel. As a partner and head of operations and administration for the company, he works closely with Evelien to define strategies and drive the project’s growth.

With solid experience in business management and a clear vision of internal processes, José Miguel ensures that everything runs smoothly, from logistical coordination to the development of new opportunities. His methodical approach and commitment to quality allow the rest of the team to focus on what they do best: creating sports experiences.

Laura is the friendly face of Activonic VIVA ACTIVE Travel. With a strong commercial background, infectious charisma, and a natural ability to connect with people, she is responsible for organizing and coordinating all the off-court events and activities that enrich our programs.

From special dinners to cultural tours and unique local experiences, Laura works closely with suppliers and partners to ensure every detail is perfectly taken care of. Her organizational skills and warm approach guarantee that, beyond the sport, our travelers experience truly memorable moments.

Carlos Pozo Ayerbe

Sports Director of Activonic VIVA ACTIVE Travel

Carlos is the technical heart of Activonic VIVA ACTIVE Travel. As Sports Director, he designs and plans every training program and coordinates the team of coaches to ensure a padel experience of the highest quality.

His methodical approach, his passion for teaching, and his high technical level on the court make him a key figure both within and outside the team. It is no surprise that many of our clients return solely to train with him again.

In addition to leading our programs in Seville, Carlos also conducts clinics at padel clubs that request his expertise, sharing his knowledge with players of all levels. A natural leader on the court, he is admired for both his professionalism and his approachability.

Jose Lopez

Club Partnership Coordinator and Coach of Activonic VIVA ACTIVE Travel

José stands out for his solid technique and friendly approach. His on-court experience and ability to adapt to each player make him one of the most highly valued coaches by our clients.

He is also responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with padel clubs and sports organizations. He supports club relationships, and creates new opportunities to connect players with exceptional travel and padel experiences through their padel clubs.

Javi combines his talent as a padel coach with his previous experience as a tennis instructor, giving him a versatile and well-rounded perspective. His dynamic style and energy make his sessions motivating and highly appreciated.

Pablo Casillas

Coach

Pablo is a high-performance padel coach with over 6 years of national and international experience. He has coached in Spain, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia, leading professional players to victory in the Saudi Padel League.

He holds a degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences, has a Master’s degree in Padel Club Management, and is currently pursuing a PhD. He offers structured and personalized training sessions focused on continuous improvement.

MILA VAN DER LINDEN

TOURISM PRODUCT MANAGER

At Viva Active Travel, Mila will be responsible for the tourism aspect, organizing and developing activities for guests beyond padel, with the goal of enriching their experience and offering a complete taste of the destination.

Mila is a young professional with a background in hotel management and experience in international environments, where she has developed a solid foundation in hospitality, customer service, and organization. Her interest in traveling and discovering new cultures aligns perfectly with the philosophy of Viva Active Travel.
