By requesting, making or paying for a booking for any of the programs offered by Activonic SL, whether through its website or directly with Activonic SL, you declare that you accept the general booking conditions, the payment deadlines and the cancellation conditions.
If the booking, part of a booking or an additional service is made or contracted through an external agent (intermediary, operator or travel agency not affiliated with Activonic SL), you likewise declare that you accept the general booking conditions established by that external agent, releasing Activonic SL from any liability related to the part of the booking managed by that agent.
GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
A booking will be considered final in favor of the client provided that the following three conditions are met:
Full payment:
The total amount of the booking has been paid, which includes the program price indicated on the website or other media, plus additional services not included in the program price, such as extra nights, flights or other services requested by the client. Payment methods will be provided as deemed appropriate at any given time.
Compliance with payment deadlines:
The client complies with the established payment deadlines.
Booking confirmation:
Activonic SL expressly confirms acceptance of the booking through any available communication channel (email, phone call, etc.).
Even if the booking payment has been made, it will remain subject to availability confirmation at associated establishments, such as hotels or other facilities. Activonic SL will verify availability with the providers and will notify the client as soon as the final confirmation is obtained.
If availability cannot be guaranteed, the client will be informed as soon as possible and will be offered alternatives or, where appropriate, a refund of the amount paid.
Activonic SL reserves the right to cancel a booking if the client does not meet the payment deadlines or the general cancellation conditions.
If a program cannot be carried out, in whole or in part, for reasons attributable to Activonic SL, a refund corresponding to the part of the program not enjoyed will be made (up to the total amount of the program or the amount paid at that time).
Adverse weather conditions that prevent the program from taking place will not be considered grounds for cancellation nor a breach attributable to Activonic SL.
Non-participation in the sports activities program for reasons attributable to the client, regardless of whether they stay at the hotel or travel to the program destination, will not entitle them to a partial or full refund of the booking amount.
BOOKING PAYMENT DEADLINES
The total amount of the booking must be paid at the time of booking or within the following deadlines:
More than 55 calendar days before the program start date:
The total amount of the booking must be paid within 10 calendar days from the booking date.
54 calendar days or less before the program start date:
The total amount of the booking must be paid within 3 working days from the booking date.
In all cases:
The total amount of the booking must be paid before the program start date.
Special offers:
Payments must comply with the specific conditions established for that offer.
Only compliance with these deadlines and the general booking conditions will guarantee the reserved places.
If the total amount of the booking is not paid within the indicated deadlines, Activonic SL reserves the right to cancel the booking and assign the place to another client within the same program. In such cases the general cancellation conditions will apply.
GENERAL CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Clients may only cancel a reserved and/or paid program by written communication to info@vivaactivetravel.com.
In that case the following cancellation fees will apply:

Up to 45 calendar days before the start of the program:
€29 administrative fee per booking. -
Between 44 and 22 calendar days before the start of the program:
25% of the total amount (program + additional services) per person. -
Between 21 and 11 calendar days before the start of the program:
50% of the total amount (program + additional services) per person. -
Within the 10 calendar days prior to the start of the program:
100% of the total booking amount (program + additional services) per person.
In the case of special offers, the specific cancellation conditions indicated for those offers will apply.
CANCELLATION GUARANTEE
Clients have the option to purchase a cancellation guarantee for their booking, which will allow them to obtain the full refund of the booking amount (except for the €29 administrative fee) up to 48 hours before the start of the program, without the need to justify the reason.
Cost:
€70 per booking and per person.
Time of payment:
The cancellation guarantee must be purchased at the time of booking or, at the latest, before the booking is confirmed by Activonic SL.
Validity:
The cancellation guarantee ceases to be valid at 00:00 hours two days before the start of the program.
This guarantee can be purchased through the website during the booking process or requested directly from Activonic SL via the available contact channels.
